The open floor plans maximize natural light and emphasize the water views. Panelized construction reduces framing waste to 3% instead of 20% industry average. Solar roof panels augment a radiant heating system. Host of other green features include FSC hardwood interior casework, floors, and paneling, low VOC paints, whole house air and water filtration, native plan landscape.";
